THIRTIES

Оглавление

Most of the possible damage to the skin by the sun has already occurred at this stage but it will not show until later in life so treat your skin well now to reduce the appearance of damage later. Age spots may start to show along with some pigmentation changes from the sun. Mainly though, the skin will continue to lose collagen and elastin, giving the skin a lack of plumpness and increasing the risk of sagging muscle tone and dryness.

Adults in their 30s can still suffer from oily skin but this is rare as the hormones responsible have balanced themselves. However, it has been proven that stress and pregnancy can trigger an outburst. Lines and wrinkles will appear much deeper now and dehydration is a regular occurrence.

Regular facial treatments with your therapist or at home will help stimulate the skin cells, and topical skin ingredients such as natural extracts found in moisturisers can go some way to preventing further damage from the sun and free radicals.
