Spinach Salad with Fruit and Almonds

Number of servings: 4 – 6

Ingredients:

1 (6 ounce) bag of baby spinach

1 cup strawberries, trimmed and sliced into quarters

1 cup fresh raspberries or blueberries

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

½ cup sliced almonds

½ cup dressing, your choice (a lemon vinaigrette is a good choice)

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
