The thermal cycle diagram is constructed using components (components and lines). Components can be selected and inserted into the user interface using the component bar or the menu bar. The different components are each assigned a graphic symbol and a number. After selecting the desired component from the component or menu bar, the cursor appears in the form of a crosshair. By pressing the left mouse button, the component can be positioned anywhere on the user interface. If you press the left mouse button again, further components of the same type appear on the work interface. You can end the action with the right mouse button and the selection is reset.

A component positioned on the work area can then be moved by "Drag and Drop". Additionally, the size of the component can be adjusted. To do this, the placed component can be selected with the left mouse button, which will display a frame of black dots around the component. The black dots can now be used to stretch and compress the component. If you click on the placed component with the right mouse button, a menu opens, which allows the user to coordinate, delete, mirror, rotate, etc.
