Hop Bitter Beer.—

Coriander seeds2 ounces
Orange peel4 ounces
Ginger1 ounce
Gentian root1/2 ounce

Boil in 5 gallons of water for half an hour, then strain and put into the liquor 4 ounces hops and 3 pounds of sugar, and simmer for 15 minutes, then add sufficient yeast, and bottle when ready.
