CHEESE & SPROUTS SANDWICH

½ baguette, cut in half

crosswise and split

¼ lb Brie cheese, softened

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 bunch alfalfa sprouts

Makes 2 sandwiches

Spread the baguette bottoms

with the softened Brie and the

tops with Dijon mustard.

Place a handful of sprouts on

top of the cheese. Cover with

the baguette tops, mustard

side down.

Wrap each sandwich in

aluminum foil or arrange

in an airtight container and

close tightly. Refrigerate until ready

to go, then pack in an insulated

lunch cooler.
