LINUS’S NOTEWORTHY TURKEY WRAP

1 whole-wheat tortilla

1 tablespoon honey mustard

¼ lb thinly sliced roasted

turkey

¼ lb Brie cheese, cut

lengthwise into

4 equal slices

¼ Granny Smith apple,

cored and thinly sliced

into half-moons

2 leaves butter lettuce

Makes 1 wrap

Slather 1 side of the wrap with the honey mustard. Place the turkey

slices in the center of the wrap. Top the portion of turkey with 4 slices

of cheese. Arrange the apple slices and then the butter lettuce on

top of the cheese. Gently fold over the sides of the

wrap and fold up snugly like a burrito.

Cut the wrap in half on the diagonal.

Wrap each half in aluminum foil

or arrange in an airtight

container and close tightly.

Refrigerate until ready

to go, then pack

in an insulated

lunch cooler.
