By becoming aware of your emotions and not letting them control you, you are more able to follow your chosen path. Certain emotions can create blockages when not dealt with correctly. By becoming more aware of your thoughts and emotions, you will have the tools to change to respond to emotions, instead of reacting to them.

1.Close your eyes and focus on a specific challenge, problem or hurdle in you life at this specific moment in time. Record in your journal how this makes you feel in terms of your motivation. Does it give you more or less motivation in terms of achieving anything?

2.Close your eyes and focus on something in your life at this specific moment that makes you feel pleasant, joyful and happy. Record in your journal how this makes you feel in terms of your motivation. Does it give you more or less motivation in terms of achieving anything?
