Animals Made Obedient, Enlightened By Allowed Sentience (a.k.a. A.M.O.E.B.A.S. Project)
ОглавлениеAnimals Made Obedient, Enlightened By Allowed Sentience (a.k.a. A.M.O.E.B.A.S. Project.)
The pioneering Animals-Made-Obedient-Enlightened-By-Allowed-Sentience (A.M.O.E.B.A.S.) project was fraught with disappointment! Despite much deliberation and consideration by a thoughtful Maker, they digressed from purpose resulting in a self-serving, self-loathing, unappreciative, heedless, suspicious, perverted race of men. Their Creator benevolently allowed regeneration and propagation after nearly annihilating their populace countless times. He was most merciful sparing few from at least one familial line to repopulate following natural disaster, pestilence, famine brought down upon them… but why when all was aligned? Peace blanketed everywhere for always in a time preceding notions of death when a vast, crowded universe of immortal beings stretched far beyond imaginable bounds.
After eons, eternity seemed staid in the company of that undying lot. Suddenly Epiphany showered the universe clad in a meteor storm. ”Forever” creations were manufactured no more! A new age of experimentation, discovery ushered in utilizing finite substrates yielding life with limited lifespans; hence, the birth of mortal man… A daunting task, yet He toiled endlessly across galaxies to achieve creationism’s best idea of “mortal” perfection attempting to include aliquot measures of obedience, reverence, humility, courage, compassion and lastly, an avant-garde concept- free will! This notion unveiled itself as night’s blanket gave rise to sunrise over an almost forgotten, quaint but worthwhile planet. When He visited, scooped its moist, rich soil in hand… same ceased!
The Creator first designed immortals, Angels and Nature. Over time, they added little excitement to the universal scheme. BORING. The former were obsequious, obedient, predictable beings constantly, eternally and unquestionably serving a lone one responsible for blowing then shaping them into varying forms of existence.
They seemed content wispy, adaptable, borderless as if frankincense plumes until finally one roused and rebelled. He would eventually seduce mortals with offers of unbelievable enticements raising expectations higher witholding truth acceptance led to plummeting lower. Oh how that fallen immortal enjoyed Destiny using her as his tool… hammering with heinous insistence! “Interesting”, thought his Creator. “Let’s study what might come allowing this irreverent, nonconformist’s rebellious soul leeway.” The wayward angel annoyed much in the way of a fly buzzing without clout. Could it have been swatted, squished at any moment? A tolerant Master decidedly patient and prudent, endured vindictive insolence knowing from beginning to end, He could’ve been victorious in any bout. However, passively He’d state: “Let imperfect mortals stray. They’ll find reason to rebound and never again join the fray!” So a warped spirit was permitted continual life, which was good. He was atimely antecedent introduction for a Master mapping out an unprecedented plan.
One utilizing aliquot measures of obedience, reverence, humility, courage, compassion, free will in birthing Adam- His first perfect, imperfect mortal man.
He kept the universe engaged, abuzz, intermittently stirred here, rested there. Oh joyous bliss for non-blase entities! Altered were the lives of typical heavenly bodies formerly evoking not more than a yawn.
Nature objected with her inarticulate voice of whispering, howling winds; wetting mists, downpours; chilling flakes, hail to no avail. She whined on incessantly pushing with every measure of her brawn.
Her dissent further serviced His smile not swaying plans in the least assuredly promising her continuous vexation. Nature fought to comprehend notions of death, mortals and other concepts inscrutable to her. Every planet stormed with her lost in a blackhole of thought feeling chilled to the core this cast decision would lead to inevitable untold irritation.
Meanwhile, perplexed angels wondered, “What have we done wrong to fill The Almighty with such discontent?” Conceptually, the answer was inconceivable that One with such power and presence pined for ripples in seas always calm, clouds in skies always blue, conflicts in Heaven always pleased… that He wanted to govern by choice not by default, bribes or intimidation. Master toiled with such intent a lesser perceptive being might have deduced there was something wrong with never ending aloneness His level of greatness brought. To them it seemed as if He’d grown weary of them; as if Alpha, Omega, Omni labels combined couldn’t satisfy something foundationally insatiable or so He thought. Decidedly conclusively he then created sentient mortal beings enabled with an innovative free will. Immortals couldn’t fathom how he pined over this decision! If they weren’t so sychophantic and respectful in and way beyond a lofty abode, there would have been rubblings and much objection, gossip and derision. “If I form lifeless matter endowing it with independent thought, it will surely disappoint me. This, I know; but, I’m bored with all this utopia surrounding Me!” This idea, crazed notion overtaking The Creator’s consciousness for longer than eternity, was unshakable. Yet, despite misgivings He commanded, “Let Adam be!” One fallen rejoiced seeing this as an opportunity to further vex a formidable opponent. Others emoted, “Incredulous! This could lead to nothing remotely good.” Shaking heads, they respectively pleaded with a determined, omnipotent, omniscient Master to no avail as if their meager actions, liquid objections could Sway a determined solid one. With high-ranking status in heaven, they sighed and accepted the added burden placed literally at their feet Bracing for the chariot ride of a spiritual lifetime shouting, “Noblesse oblige!” With man’s creation, they prepared for battles they’d surely meet… Afterwards, trial after trial, planet after planet, mortals appeared capable of independent thought in differing forms and varying capacities as if spewed by an over pressurized geyser! Allowances were made for partially independent evolutionary change. Nature orchestrated its amount, timing, direction over time based on what her moods deemed wiser. Choice’s gift, its utilization marked dividing lines literally in sands of time between propagation and/or extinction of a race. Nature’s floods, fires, winds, quakes were efficacious canvas cleansing agents allowing The Creator to begin afresh as many times as necessary. Sometimes, entire galaxies remained uninhabited, uninhabitable. There was no pressing urgency to rebuild. Where was the worth? Patiently waiting, He’d ponder a particular species contribution to the scheme of things once extinct and whether it was worthwhile bringing them back for another trial. As in the case of the A.M.O.E.B.A. Project. This experiement marked His premier attempt at sentient life on a once believed unimportant planet called, Earth….
Humankind was His simplest thinking mortal creature fashioned from one block of clay whose footprint on Earth was indefinite, changeable feeling all was his to take.
The race moved as a whole shape-shifting, affecting regions extending feeding pseudopodia onto lands once lush, plentiful, at time, leaving squalor in its wake.
The project proved taxing, disappointing uncountable times. These creatures, how they chose to utilize gifted free will was enlightening, boggling.
They were created as a simple race. Perhaps, too much so! With tears welling he stood shaking fists, eyes goggling.
“Inherently flawed is why your kind habitually failed me,” He expressed often and aloud to select individuals and tribes of flesh-molded clay. Why not dig up more suitable ground, start new life on earth, destroy such imperfect mortals? All but one obvious immortal waited for that day. Instead, they were spared annihilation unlike others coming afterwards shaped on other planets. This was partly out of pity. With small brains incapable of panoramic viewing, those first piteous creatures couldn’t understand the pertinence of harmonious existence with surroundings, each other and most importantly, their Creator- this immortals couldn’t believe! They discussed how it all started with a molding called, Adam. But despite splendor placed before him, God detected an unscratchable, unreachable itch within this first earth bound sentient and thought, “Though I, this lush paradise should’ve been enough, I’ll make a companion to see whether that will suffice.” He proceeded to fashion a very like- though different, Eve. They both soon miserably failed; henceforth, cursing mankind, his progeny. Yet… they still lived on- sometimes, teetering on the brink of destruction. Free will’s concept and that it repetitively disappointed made Him think, “Though omniscient, I deliberately chose blindness believing it the more exciting, challenging objective. Perhaps, I should’ve peeked ahead so as to include parameters? Merciful ME will therefore not destroy them as a reminder to Myself?” Nature, angels yielded supporting this as it was His most pressing desire, which soon became their paramount mission understanding now why He’d chosen to be so selective. Great effort was taken not to create similar beings in other galaxies utilizing similar substrates and formulaic measurements. By tweaking, creating, destroying other sentient potentials,
He soon derived the right equation, aliquot mixture yielding adequate measures of obedience, reverence, humility, courage, compassion, free will in species considered essentials. Eureka, unbeknownst to mankind who often asks their Creator to this day,
“Is there intelligent life on other planets, in other galaxies far away?” Every finite creation since A.M.O.E.B.A.S. were bestowed with other-worldly awareness not allowed to humankind. They’d often marvel scrutinizing this primitive life form posing questions of aloneness in the universe. The Creator intentionally hid others from mankind’s radar bidding they remain clear of detection. In the past when out of boredom and mischief some have let hints escape, none disobeying were spared! Whole planetary populaces suffered decimated- even the smallest handful of pranksters! They never questioned the fairness of this act knowing He’d repetitively forgive humankind for even larger transgressions. . . But were they thankful?
