Dedication

Kudos to the tribe again for propping me up for a total of three writing endeavors: Word Plays & Stories, Love, Damn! and finally, Words B Word, Right? Grand kudos to God and Mom!

Mother Mary, born in the quiet, off-the-beaten-path-town of Summerton, South Carolina, often dreamed of growing wings. She longed to soar. Though remaining grounded and still wingless, love’s determination made it possible for her children and grands to sprout wings. We now soar! Vicariously, Ma Bagley does too often marveling at the wind then complaining how it messes up her doo! L.O.L.

A solid education imparts the ability for a person to travel whenever and wherever a curious imagination thinks to venture. I ask, to what heights will the love and quest of knowledge take you?

Mom, the view is so great from up here!

Thanks for taking away the safety net

when I wasn’t looking; for propping

me when by myself, I could only sag.

Was it like teaching me how to ride a bike?

If so, how did you ever decide when to let go…

That you MUST let go? And how did you know

I wouldn’t get hurt from a fall; that I’d stay up?

Eternal love and blessings from your eldest daughter.

Acknowledgments

To the Low Country - two thumbs up! Thanks for many cloudless skies, inspiring vistas and waterways.

To my specialty of obstetrics & gynecology. Its challenge to my body, soul and mind made me a proficient manufacturer, bottler and distributor of lemonade. I am a green artist recycling lemons presented as a provider of women’s health care into constructive art forms through crafting endeavors and word expression. Medicine is enough to makes any ordinary doc wanna Holla! Instead, I weave word quilts for presentation in galleries.
