I dedicate the second edition of The Restaurant Diet to my eternal and amazing soul, which has led me on this never-ending quest for self-improvement. Fred Bollaci, the author, the guy who set out to lose 150 pounds ten years ago, is the vehicle by which this soul has been able to have this unique human experience in this lifetime and whose mission it clearly is to share what I have learned about myself and about life in order to inspire and motivate countless people who are struggling with weight, other addictions, or are simply not living up to their God-given potential.
