4. Micrografting

Оглавление

Apple stem grooving virus (ASGV) was first identified in a New Zealand quarantine of a kiwifruit import from China (Clover et al., 2003). Since then, up to 13 viruses have been identified and classified into three groups depending on the specificity to kiwifruit, host range and the ability to damage the crop (Blouin et al., 2013). However, protocols for virus eradication have not been reported. Ke et al. (1993) used ex vitro micrografting for accelerating growth and maturity of kiwifruit clones derived from protoplasts.
