Fruit flesh and juice of a passion fruit (sift if necessary)

1 1⁄2 Mangos, peeled and diced

240ml Pineapple juice

1 Banana, peeled and quartered

2 Brazil nuts

How's it done?

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple if desired.
