Pineapple, Lemongrass and Cardamom Mixture

Ingredients (1 serving)
1⁄2 Pineapple, peeled
1 lemongrass stalk, cut
seeds from2 cardamom pods
juice of a 1⁄2 lime
How's it done?
Pour the pineapple and lemongrass through a juicer. Put into a mixer with the cardamom seeds and lime juice and mix for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
