Peach Melba Smoothie
ОглавлениеA simple peach smoothie with a raspberry coulis, which gives every sweet bite a sour shimmer.
Ingredients (1 serving)
For the Coulis
120g raspberries
A few spritzers of lemon
juice 1 teaspoon honey
For the Smoothie
2 Peaches, peeled, stoned and quartered
120g simple low-fat yoghurt
60ml milk
How's it done?
Pour the coulis ingredients into the mixer and mix. Pour and set aside. If you don't want seeds, pour the coulis through a sieve. Make yourself no worries about washing the mixer as it gives the peach smoothie a nice pink colour.
Pour the smoothie ingredients into the mixer and mix for 1 minute. Pour into a large bowl, stir in the raspberry coulis and then pour into a glass.
