Mango and Cardamom Lassi

Ingredients (1 serving)
Seed from 2 cardamom pods
1 mango, peeled, stoned and cut into pieces
240 ml milk
120g simple low-fat yoghurt
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
How's it done?
Lightly grind the cardamom seeds with a mortar and pestle. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
