Strawberry cheese cake smoothie

Ingredients (1 serving)
240g Strawberries, de-stemmed
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
120g Mascarpone
120g simple low-fat yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ginger biscuit
How's it done?
Pour the strawberries, jam, mascarpone, yoghurt and vanilla extract into a blender. Mix for 1 minute until smooth. Pour into a glass and crush the ginger biscuits on it.
