Ps 23,1 Ein Psalm Davids. JAHWEH ist mein Hirte; mir wird nichts mangeln.

Ps 23,2 Er weidet mich auf grüner Aue und führet mich zum frischen Wasser.

Ps 23,4 Und ob ich schon wanderte im Tale des Todesschattens/ finstern Tal, fürchte ich kein Unglück/ nichts Übles; denn du bist bei mir, dein Stecken und dein Stab trösten mich.
KJV + EL = Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me.

Ps 23,5 Du bereitest vor mir einen Tisch im Angesicht meiner Feinde. Du salbest mein Haupt mit Öl und mein Becher fließt über/ schenkest mir voll ein.

Ps 23,6 Gutes und Barmherzigkeit werden mir folgen mein Leben lang, und ich werde bleiben im Hause JAHWEH’s immerdar.

Psalm 24
Ps 24,1 Ein Psalm Davids. Die Erde ist JAHWEH’s und was darinnen ist, der Erdboden und was darauf wohnt.
KJV + EL + WEBSTER = A Psalm of David. The earth is YAHWEH’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Ps 24,2 Denn er hat ihn an die Meere gegründet und an den Wassern bereitet.
KJV + EL = For he has founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

Ps 24,3 Wer wird auf JAHWEH’s Berg gehen, und wer wird stehen an seiner heiligen Stätte?
KJV + EL = Who shall ascend into the hill of YAHWEH? Or who shall stand in his holy place?

Ps 24,4 Der unschuldige Hände hat und reines Herzens ist; der nicht Lust hat zu loser Lehre (Falschheit/ Täuschung) und schwört nicht fälschlich (betrügerisch):
KJV + EL = He that has clean hands, and a pure heart; who has not lifted up his soul to vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
Ps 24,5 der wird den Segen von JAHWEH empfangen und Gerechtigkeit von dem Gott (Elohim) seines Heils.
KJV + EL = He shall receive the blessing from YAHWEH, and righteousness from the Elohim of his salvation.
Jes 48,18
Ps 24,6 LUTHER + EL = Das ist das Geschlecht, das nach ihm fragt, das da sucht dein Antlitz, gleich (auch) Jakob. (Sela.)
KJV + EL = This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek your face, even Jacob. Selah.

Ps 24,7 Macht die Tore weit und die Türen in der Welt hoch, daß der König der Herrlichkeit/ der Ehren einziehe!
KJV + EL = Lift up your heads, O you gates; and be you lifted up, you everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Jes 40,3.4
Ps 24,8 Wer ist derselbe König der Herrlichkeit/ Ehren? Es ist JAHWEH, stark und mächtig, JAHWEH, mächtig im Kampf/ Streit.
KJV + EL = Who is this King of glory? YAHWEH strong and mighty, YAHWEH mighty in battle.
Ps 24,9 Macht die Tore weit und die Türen in der Welt hoch, daß der König der Herrlichkeit/ der Ehren einziehe!
KJV + EL = Lift up your heads, O you gates; even lift them up, you everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Ps 24,10 Wer ist derselbe König der Herrlichkeit/ der Ehren? Es ist JAHWEH Zebaoth, er ist der König der Herrlichkeit/ der Ehren. (Sela.)

Psalm 25
Ps 25,1 Ein Psalm Davids. Nach dir, O JAHWEH, verlangt mich.
KJV + EL + WEBSTER = [A Psalm] of David. To you, O YAHWEH, do I lift up my soul.
Ps 25,2 Mein Gott [Elohim], ich hoffe auf dich; laß mich nicht zu Schanden werden, daß sich meine Feinde nicht freuen über mich.
KJV + EL = O my Elohim, I trust in you: let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me.
Ps 25,3 Denn keiner wird zu Schanden, der dein harret; aber zu Schanden müssen sie werden, die leichtfertigen Verächter.
KJV + EL = Yes, let none that wait on you be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause.
Jes 49,23
Ps 25,4 O JAHWEH, zeige mir deine Wege und lehre mich deine Steige;
KJV + EL = Show me your ways, O YAHWEH; teach me your paths.
Ps 27,11
Ps 25,5 leite mich in deiner Wahrheit und lehre mich! Denn du bist der Gott [Elohim], der mir hilft; täglich harre ich dein.
KJV + EL = Lead me in your truth, and teach me: for you are the Elohim of my salvation; on you do I wait all the day.
Ps 25,6 Gedenke, O JAHWEH, an deine Barmherzigkeit und an deine Güte, die von der Welt her gewesen ist.
KJV + EL = Remember, O YAHWEH, your tender mercies and your lovingkindnesses; for they have been ever of old.
Ps 25,7 LUTHER + EL = Gedenke nicht der Sünden meiner Jugend und meiner Übertretungen; gedenke aber mein nach deiner Barmherzigkeit um deiner Güte willen, O JAHWEH!
KJV + EL = Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to your lovingkindness remember me, for your goodness‘ sake, O YAHWEH.
Hiob 13,26
Ps 25,8 JAHWEH ist gut und fromm; darum unterweist er die Sünder auf dem Wege.
KJV + EL = Good and upright is YAHWEH: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
Ps 25,9 Er leitet die Elenden recht und lehrt die Elenden seinen Weg.
KJV + EL = The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
Ps 25,10 Die Wege JAHWEH’s sind eitel Güte und Wahrheit denen, die seinen Bund und seine Zeugnisse halten.
KJV + EL = All the paths of YAHWEH are lovingkind-nesses and truth to such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
Ps 25,11 Um deines Namens willen, O JAHWEH, sei gnädig meiner Missetat, die da groß ist.
KJV + EL = For your name‘s sake, O YAHWEH, pardon my iniquity; for it is great.
Ps 25,12 Wer ist der, der JAHWEH fürchtet? Er wird ihn unterweisen den besten Weg.
KJV + EL = What man is he that fears YAHWEH? Him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.
Ps 32,8
Ps 25,13 Seine Seele wird im Guten wohnen, und sein Same wird das Land besitzen.
KJV + EL = His soul shall dwell at ease; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
Ps 37,9
Ps 25,14 Das Geheimnis JAHWEH’s ist unter denen, die ihn fürchten; und seinen Bund läßt er sie wissen.
KJV + EL = The secret of YAHWEH is with them that fear him; and he will show them his covenant.

Ps 25,15 Meine Augen sehen stets zu JAHWEH; denn er wird meinen Fuß aus dem Netze ziehen.

Ps 25,16 Wende dich zu mir und sei mir gnädig; denn ich bin einsam und elend.

Ps 25,17 Die Angst meines Herzens ist groß; führe mich aus meinen Nöten!

Ps 25,18 Siehe an meinen Jammer und mein Elend und vergib mir alle meine Sünden!

Ps 25,19 Siehe, daß meiner Feinde so viel sind und hassen mich aus Frevel.

Ps 25,20 Bewahre meine Seele und errette mich, laß mich nicht zu Schanden werden; denn ich traue auf dich.

Ps 25,21 Schlecht und Recht, das behüte mich; denn ich harre dein.

Psalm 26
Ps 26,1 Ein Psalm Davids. O JAHWEH, schaffe mir Recht; denn ich bin unschuldig! Ich hoffe auf JAHWEH; darum werde ich nicht fallen.
KJV + EL = [A Psalm] of David. Judge me, O YAHWEH; for I have walked in my integrity: I have trusted also in YAHWEH; therefore I shall not slide.
Ps 26,2 Prüfe mich, O JAHWEH, und versuche mich; läutere meine Nieren und mein Herz.
KJV + EL = Examine me, O YAHWEH, and prove me; try my heart and my mind.
Ps 17,3
Ps 26,3 Denn deine Güte ist vor meinen Augen, und ich wandle in deiner Wahrheit.
KJV + EL = For your loving-kindness is before my eyes: and I have walked in your truth.
Ps 26,4 Ich sitze nicht bei den falschen/ eitlen Leuten und habe nicht Gemeinschaft mit den Hinterlistigen/ Falschen.
KJV + EL = I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.

Ps 26,5 LUTHER + ELBERFELDER 1871 = Ich hasse die Versamm-lung der Boshaften/ Übeltäter und sitze nicht bei den Gesetzlosen.
KJV + EL = I have hated the assembly of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked / the lawless.
Ps 26,6 Ich wasche meine Hände in Unschuld und halte mich, O JAHWEH, zu deinem Altar,
KJV + EL = I will wash my hands in innocency: So will I compass your altar, O YAHWEH:

Ps 26,7 da man hört die Stimme des Dankens, und da man predigt alle deine Wunder.
KJV + EL = That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all your wondrous works.
Ps 26,8 JAHWEH, ich habe lieb die Stätte deines Hauses und den Ort, da deine Ehre wohnt.
KJV + EL = YAHWEH, I have loved the habitation of your house, and the place where your honor dwells.
Ps 27,4
Ps 26,9 Raffe meine Seele nicht hin mit den Sündern noch mein Leben mit den Blutdürstigen,
KJV + EL = Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:
Ps 26,10 welche mit böser Tücke umgehen und nehmen gern Geschenke.
KJV + EL = In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.
Ps 26,11 Ich aber wandle unschuldig. Erlöse mich und sei mir gnädig!
KJV + EL = But as for me, I will walk in my integrity: redeem me, and be merciful to me.
Ps 26,12 Mein Fuß geht richtig/ steht auf ebenem Boden. Ich will dich loben, JAHWEH, in den Versammlungen.
KJV + EL = My foot stands in an even place: in the congregations will I bless YAHWEH.

Psalm 27
Ps 27,1 Ein Psalm Davids. JAHWEH ist mein Licht und mein Heil; vor wem sollte ich mich fürchten! JAHWEH ist meines Lebens Kraft; vor wem sollte mir grauen!
KJV + EL + WEBSTER = [A Psalm] of David. YAHWEH is my light and my salvation! Whom shall I fear? YAHWEH is the strength of my life! of whom shall I be afraid?

Ps 27,2 So die Bösen, meine Widersacher und Feinde, an mich wollen, meine Fleisch zu fressen, müssen sie anlaufen und fallen.
KJV + EL = When the wicked, even my enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
Hiob 19,22
Ps 27,3 Wenn sich schon ein Heer wider mich legt, so fürchtet sich dennoch mein Herz nicht; wenn sich Krieg wider mich erhebt, so verlasse ich mich auf ihn.

Ps 27,4 LUTHER + ELBERFELDER 1871 = Eins bitte ich von JAHWEH, das hätte ich gerne: daß ich im Hause JAHWEH’s bleiben möge mein Leben lang, zu schauen die Lieblichkeit JAHWEH’s und nach ihm zu forschen in seinem Tempel.
KJV + EL = One thing have I desired of YAHWEH, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of YAHWEH all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of YAHWEH, and to inquire in his temple.

Ps 27,5 Denn er deckt mich in seiner Hütte zur bösen Zeit, er verbirgt mich heimlich in seinem Gezelt/ seines Zeltes und erhöht mich auf einem Felsen,
KJV + EL = For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.
Ps 31,21; Ps 40,3
Ps 27,6 und wird nun erhöhen mein Haupt über meine Feinde, die um mich sind; so will ich in seiner Hütte/ seinem Zelt Lob opfern, ich will [Psalmen] singen und lobsagen JAHWEH.
KJV + EL = And now shall my head be lifted up above my enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to YAHWEH.
Ps 27,7 O JAHWEH, höre meine Stimme, wenn ich rufe; sei mir gnädig und erhöre mich!
KJV + EL = Hear, O YAHWEH, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
Ps 27,8 LUTHER + ELBERFELDER 1871 = Mein Herz hat von dir gesagt: Du sprichst: „Suchet mein Angesicht.“ Darum: “Dein Angesicht,” JAHWEH, “will ich suchen.”
KJV + EL = When you said, Seek my face; my heart said to you, your face, YAHWEH, will I seek.
5. Mose 4,29
Ps 27,9 Verbirg dein Angesicht nicht vor mir und verstoße nicht im Zorn deinen Knecht; denn du bist meine Hilfe. Laß mich nicht und tue nicht von mir die Hand ab, O Gott [Elohim] meines Heils!
KJV + EL = Hide not your face far from me; put not your servant away in anger: you have been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O Elohim of my salvation.
Ps 27,10 Denn mein Vater und meine Mutter verlassen mich; aber JAHWEH nimmt mich auf.
KJV + EL = When my father and my mother forsake me, then YAHWEH will take me up.

Ps 27,11 O JAHWEH, weise mir/ lehre mich deinen Weg und leite mich auf richtiger Bahn/ ebenem Pfade um meiner Feinde willen.
KJV + EL = Teach me your way, O YAHWEH, and lead me in a plain path, because of my enemies.

Ps 27,12 Gib mich nicht in den Willen meiner Feinde; denn es stehen falsche Zeugen gegen mich und tun mir Unrecht ohne Scheu.
KJV + EL = Deliver me not over to the will of my enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.
Ps 27,13 Ich glaube aber doch, daß ich sehen werde das Gute JAHWEH’s im Lande der Lebendigen.
KJV + EL = I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of YAHWEH in the land of the living.

Ps 27,14 Harre auf JAHWEH! Sei getrost und unverzagt und harre auf JAHWEH!
KJV + EL = Wait on YAHWEH: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart: wait, I say, on YAHWEH.

Ps 28,1 Ein Psalm Davids. Wenn ich rufe zu dir, O JAHWEH, mein Hort, so schweige mir nicht, auf daß nicht, wo du schweigst, ich gleich werde denen, die in die Grube fahren.

Ps 28,2 Höre die Stimme meines Flehens, wenn ich zu dir schreie, wenn ich meine Hände aufhebe zu deinem heiligen Chor.

Ps 28,3 LUTHER + ELBERFELDER 1871 = Raffe mich nicht fort mit den Gesetzlosen und mit den Übeltätern, die freundlich reden mit ihrem Nächsten und haben Böses im Herzen.
KJV + EL = Draw me not away with the wicked/ the lawless, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief is in their hearts.
Ps 26,9
Ps 28,4 Gib ihnen nach ihrer Tat und nach ihrem bösen Wesen; gib ihnen nach den Werken ihrer Hände; vergilt ihnen, was sie verdient haben.
KJV + EL = Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert.
Ps 28,5 Denn sie wollen nicht achten auf das Tun JAHWEH’s noch auf die Werke seiner Hände; darum wird er sie zerbrechen/ zerstören und nicht aufbauen.
KJV + EL = Because they regard not the works of YAHWEH, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.

Ps 28,6 Gelobt ist JAHWEH; denn er hat erhört die Stimme meines Flehens.
KJV + EL = Blessed is YAHWEH, because he has heard the voice of my supplications.
Ps 28,7 JAHWEH ist meine Stärke und mein Schild; auf ihn hofft mein Herz, und mir ist geholfen. Und mein Herz ist fröhlich, und ich will ihm danken mit meinem Lied.
KJV + EL = YAHWEH is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoices; and with my song will I praise him.

Ps 28,8 JAHWEH ist meine Stärke; er ist die Stärke, die seinem Gesalbten hilft.
KJV + EL = YAHWEH is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.
Ps 28,9 Hilf deinem/ Rette dein Volk und segne dein Erbe und weide sie und erhöhe sie ewiglich!
KJV + EL = Save your people, and bless your inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up forever.

Ps 29,1 LUTHER + EL = Ein Psalm Davids. Gebet JAHWEH, O ihr Söhne von El, gebet JAHWEH Herrlichkeit/ Ehre und Stärke!
KJV + EL + WEBSTER = A Psalm of David. Give to YAHWEH, O you sons of El, give to YAHWEH glory and strength.
Ps 89,7; 103,20
Ps 29,2 LUTHER + EL = Gebet JAHWEH die Herrlichkeit/ Ehre seines Namens; betet an JAHWEH im heiligen Schmuck!
KJV + EL = Give to YAHWEH the glory due to his name; worship YAHWEH in the beauty of holiness.
Ps 110,3
Ps 29,3 Die Stimme JAHWEH’s geht über den Wassern; der Gott [El] der Herrlichkeit/ Ehren donnert, JAHWEH über großen Wassern.
KJV + EL = The voice of YAHWEH is upon the waters: The El of glory thunders: YAHWEH is upon many waters.
Hiob 37,2
Ps 29,4 Die Stimme JAHWEH’s geht mit Macht; die Stimme JAHWEH’s geht herrlich.
KJV + EL = The voice of YAHWEH is powerful; the voice of YAHWEH is full of majesty.
Ps 29,5 Die Stimme JAHWEH’s zerbricht die Zedern; JAHWEH zerbricht die Zedern im Libanon.
KJV + EL = The voice of YAHWEH breaks the cedars; yes, YAHWEH breaks the cedars of Lebanon.
Ps 29,6 Und macht sie hüpfen wie ein Kalb, den Libanon und Sirjon wie ein junges Einhorn.
KJV + EL = He makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild ox.
5. Mose 3,8.9
Ps 29,7 Die Stimme JAHWEH’s sprüht Feuerflammen.
KJV + EL = The voice of YAHWEH divides the flames of fire.
Ps 29,8 Die Stimme JAHWEH’s erregt die Wüste; JAHWEH erregt die Wüste Kades.
KJV + EL = The voice of YAHWEH shakes the wilderness; YAHWEH shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.
Ps 29,9 Die Stimme JAHWEH’s erregt die Hinden* und entblößt die Wälder; und in seinem Tempel sagt ihm alles Ehre. - * Hirschkühe
KJV + EL = The voice of YAHWEH makes the hinds to calve, and strips the forests bare: and in his temple does every one speak of his glory.
Ps 29,10 JAHWEH sitzt, eine Sintflut anzurichten;* und JAHWEH bleibt ein König in Ewigkeit.
KJV + EL = YAHWEH sits upon the flood;* yes, YAHWEH sits as King forever.

* große Flut, Wasserstand weit über die Spitze des höchsten Berges der Erde

Ps 29,11 JAHWEH wird seinem Volk Kraft geben; JAHWEH wird sein Volk segnen mit Frieden.
KJV + EL = YAHWEH will give strength to his people; YAHWEH will bless his people with peace.

Psalm 30
Ps 30,1 Ein Psalm, zu singen von der Einweihung des Hauses, von David. Ich preise dich, O JAHWEH; denn du hast mich erhöht und lässest meine Feinde sich nicht über mich freuen.
KJV + EL = A Psalm [and] Song [at] the dedication of the house of David. I will extol you, O YAHWEH; for you have lifted me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me.

Ps 30,2 JAHWEH, mein Gott [Elohim], da ich schrie zu dir, machtest du mich gesund.
KJV + EL = YAHWEH my Elohim, I cried to you, and you have healed me.
Ps 30,3 LUTHER + ELBERFELDER 1871 = O JAHWEH, du hast meine Seele aus dem Scheol geführt; du hast mich lebend erhalten, da jene in die Grube fuhren.
KJV + EL = O YAHWEH you have brought up my soul from Sheol: You have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

Ps 30,4 LUTHER + EL = Lobsinget JAHWEH, O ihr seine Heiligen; danket und preiset seinem denkwürdigen, heiligen Namen!
KJV + EL = Sing praise to YAHWEH, O you saints of his, and give thanks to his holy memorial name.
Ps 30,5 Denn sein Zorn währt einen Augenblick, und lebenslang seine Gnade; den Abend lang währt das Weinen, aber des Morgens ist Freude.
KJV + EL = For his anger endures but for a moment; in his favor is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
Jes 54,7
Ps 30,6 Ich aber sprach, da mir es wohl ging: Ich werde nimmermehr darniederliegen.
KJV + EL = And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
Ps 30,7 Denn, JAHWEH, durch dein Wohlgefallen hattest du meinen Berg stark gemacht; aber da du dein Angesicht verbargest, erschrak ich.
KJV + EL = You, YAHWEH, by your favor you have made my mountain to stand strong: you did hide your face, and I was troubled.

Ps 33,7 Er hält das Wasser im Meer zusammen wie in einem Schlauch und legt die Tiefen in das Verborgene.

Ps 33,8 Alle Welt fürchte JAHWEH; und vor ihm scheue sich alles, was auf dem Erdboden wohnt.

Ps 33,9 Denn so er spricht, so geschieht es; so er gebot, so steht es da.

Ps 33,10 JAHWEH macht zunichte der Nationen (Heiden) Rat(-schluss) und wendet die Gedanken der Völker.
KJV + EL = YAHWEH brings the counsel of the nations to nothing: he makes the devices of the people of none effect.
Ps 33,11 Aber der Rat JAHWEH’s bleibt ewiglich, seines Herzens Gedanken für und für.
KJV + EL = The counsel of YAHWEH stands forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
Ps 33,12 Wohl dem Volk/ der Nation, deren Gott [Elohim] JAHWEH ist, dem Volk, das er zum Erbe erwählt hat!
KJV + EL = Blessed is the nation whose Elohim is YAHWEH; and the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.

Ps 33,13 JAHWEH schaut vom Himmel und sieht aller Menschen Kinder.
KJV + EL = YAHWEH looks from heaven; he beholds all the sons of men.
Ps 33,14 Von seinem festen Thron sieht er auf alle, die auf Erden wohnen.
KJV + EL = From the place of his habitation he looks upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
Ps 33,15 Er lenkt ihnen allen das Herz; er merkt auf alle ihre Werke.
KJV + EL = He fashions their hearts alike; he considers all their works.
Ps 33,16 Einem Könige hilft nicht seine große Macht; ein Riese wird nicht errettet durch seine große Kraft.
KJV + EL = There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.

Ps 33,17 Rosse helfen auch nicht, und ihre große Stärke errettet nicht.

Ps 33,20 Unsere Seele harrt auf JAHWEH; er ist unsere Hilfe und Schild.

Ps 33,21 Denn unser Herz freut sich sein, und/ weil wir trauen auf seinen heiligen Namen.
