Physical activity can raise the cat levels, but if you don’t have enough cats to begin with, you won’t have the energy to start exercising. Don’t push yourself, though. Forced jogs or showing up at aerobics classes when your heart really isn’t in it can just further exhaust you. It’s not that I don’t want you to exercise; I certainly do. But I want you to do it when you feel energized and eager, not when you feel tired and overwhelmed. After a few weeks on cat-producing aminos, you should be ready to undertake more physical activity, which can then raise your mood and energy even more.
