Chicken cutlets with roasted tomatoes and Marsala

Ingredients for 2 meals
3 beefsteak tomatoes
1 bunch of parsley
1 large shallot
250 grams of chicken breast
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
100 milliliters Marsala
100 milliliters chicken stock
The preparation sequence
Clean the tomatoes in water, cut in half and squeeze out the seeds carefully. clean parsley in water, shake dry and chop. Shallot Peel and finely shred.
