Slip one, knit two together, pass the slipped stitch over is the easiest way to take three stitches together. The first stitch lies on top, the third stitch is next, and the second stitch is at the back, the decrease slants to the left.

Slip the first stitch, knit the next two stitches together, then use the tip of the left needle to lift the slipped stitch over and off the right needle.
