POTATO SOUP.

ОглавлениеFry a small onion in half a cup butter, pour on it a quart of milk and bring to a boil. Mix two cupfuls of cold mashed potatoes, beaten smoothly into the soup and boil all together a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
