To ensure that no unauthorized personnel enter the conference room, you are requested to wear your credentials / visitor badges / at all times in order to gain access to the conference hall.

Your name badge is your admission to all sessions of this conference.(Namensschild)

If your badge was not sent to you, you are requested to pick it up at the registration counter.

Please take note that registration is per individual and not exchangeable between colleagues.

Entrances to and exits from the meeting room will be monitored by making additions to and deletions from the attendance list(Teilnehmerliste).
