The meeting participants should not take notes because of the possibility that such notes might be classified.

It is recommended that notes not be taken during the meeting. If notes have to be taken on sensitive information discussed, they should be considered as classified and must be appropriately marked and protected.(geheimhaltungsbedürftige Informationen)

Attendees have a responsibility to protect the classified information discussed during the meeting.

All extra copies of classified or sensitive unclassified information handed out during the conference and all copies not intended for retention by the attendees will be recovered prior to leaving the room(Verbleib bei den Teilnehmern). Make sure that no classified information is left behind.
