All visitors entering this facility will pass through a metal detector. If you have a medical condition that would make it hazardous for you to pass through such a detector or if a metal implant might set off an alarm, please inform the security guards.

All visitor hand-carried items will be x-rayed prior to entry. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Cell phones and other portable electronic devices, such as tape recorders, pagers(Funkempfänger), cameras and personal data assistants, are not permitted into the meeting. A security office representative will be available to collect these items prior to the start of the meeting.

All cell phones are prohibited in classified meetings and in high-security areas.(Hochsicherheitsbereiche)

A wireless network(WLAN Netz) providing access to the Internet at no cost to the visitor is available on the premises.

The required password will be issued to the visitor and is good until midnight of the same day.

If laptops are brought into the conference hall, any wireless cards(Wireless Karten) must have been removed.
