6. VEGAN GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE.

This is the green smoothie recipe most vegans love as it contains all the right ingredients that they need to maintain their health. You can also try this recipe to lose weight even if you don’t have plans to be a vegan.

Ingredients:

8 leaves of spinach

1c ice

2 bananas, frozen

½c water

2 soaked dates

Procedure:

-Prepare your high-powered blender first.

-Then, put in all the ingredients from the spinach to the dates.

-Start blending the ingredients together and wait until desired smooth consistency is achieved.

-Add more frozen banana or ice cubes if thickness is not yet enough.

-Add water if thickness is too much and you want to make it thinner.

-Pour the mixture onto a glass and serve.
