14. GREEN RENEWAL SMOOTHIE RECIPE.

This is a great green smoothie recipe for weight loss because it has the ability to energize your body so that burning as much fats is possible as well as the antioxidants of this recipe can help free your body from unwanted toxins.

Ingredients:

1 handful of mint

1T lemon juice

1 cucumber

4 celery stalks

6 ice cubes

A bunch of spinach

A handful of parsley

A few lettuce

Procedure:

-Start by cutting the cucumbers into lengthwise slices.

-Slice the ginger as well for easy blending.

-Turn on your blender and start pouring in the ingredients one by one. Set aside the ice first.
