2. WEIGHT LOSS GREEN SMOOTHIE.

This recipe is also recommended for those who are trying to lose weight because it detoxifies the body from toxins that only contributes to weight gain as well as it is also protein –rich to help keep your body fit even if losing weight.

Ingredients:

1 apple, whole but sliced in quarter sizes

2 handfuls of spinach leaves

1T chia seeds

2 handfuls of green grapes, seedless

1 pear, whole and sliced in quarter sizes

2 kale leaves

2c ice cubes

Procedure:

-Prepare your blender and then place all of the ingredients together starting from the grapes, apple, pear, spinach, kale, chia seeds and the ice cubes.

-Turn on the blender on low speed to blend the ingredients but later on, increasing the speed to high.

-Make sure that all the ingredients are blended well and the mixture is smooth already.

-Adjust the thickness if you wish by adding water to thin out and ice to thicken.

-Serve.
