7. BERRY GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE.

This recipe is called its name not only because it comes out as a very green smoothie but also because it contains ingredients like berries. This recipe is not only packed with fiber from the greens but also packed with antioxidants from the berries.

Ingredients:

½c blueberries, frozen

4 dates

A handful of parsley

A handful of spinach

A slice of ginger, fresh

½c frozen or fresh raspberries

1c apple juice, fresh

3 kale leaves

2T sunflower seeds

¼T spirulina powder

Procedure:

-Start by removing the pits of the dates.

-Then, start putting the berries into the blender followed by the greens.

-Next, add in the herbs such as the ginger and the parsley as well as pour in the sunflower seeds.

-Pour in the apple juice and sprinkle spirulina powder onto the mixture.

-Now, start blending all these ingredients together.

-Wait until all ingredients are smooth already.

-Get a glass and pour the mixture on it.

-Serve and enjoy your smoothie.
