12. GREEN GRAPE SMOOTHIE.

This recipe is called green smoothie not only because of the greens used in this recipe but also because it uses green grapes as well. This recipe is packed with antioxidants as well as fiber and other vitamins and mineral for weight loss.

Ingredients:

2c baby spinach, fresh

½c water

2c green grapes, frozen

1T sugar or maple syrup to sweeten a bit

Procedure:

-Place all of these ingredients into the blender.

-Cover the blender and continue processing the ingredients until they turn smooth.

-Adjust the taste and consistency.

-Pour into a glass and serve.
