Clothes
ОглавлениеRunning kit can really vary in price but you do not need to spend a lot of money. All you really need to run is a pair of shorts and a T-shirt, although there are certain situations, such as training in the dark or the wet where you should look at using other clothing. Bright colours (and lights) are crucial for your safety in bad light and there is a lot of dry-fit clothing that works well at drawing the moisture away from the body and keeping some warmth in when it is wet. Running jackets are also useful for the slower training runs on cold days and the high-quality ones are light, comfortable and waterproof, allowing an easy running style. They will also normally have some sort of reflector on them to help keep you visible. If you intend to wear a tri suit in the race make sure you get used to it in training at some point.
