2 tablespoonfuls butter.

2 teaspoonfuls salt.

1 tablespoonful sugar.

2 cups boiling water.

1 yeast cake.

Put butter, sugar and salt in mixing bowl, add the boiling water; when cool add dissolved yeast cake, then put in enough flour to knead. Knead and let rise the same as directed for milk bread.
