Dai Manuel’s Whole Life Fitness Manifesto

And you know what happened? I became more aware and appreciative of the people that made up my communities, both online and offline. I soon saw that I needed to share what I had learned, and to give back to those I wanted to help, and most importantly, those who wanted help.

So, what do you need to ask yourself? There’s a reason why you started looking for answers, whether in this book or elsewhere. Respect that impulse. Perhaps it’s cen-tred on your physical health and vitality, and that’s great! At the same time, examine
