I’m working towards reducing stress by slowing down, taking things off my schedule, stepping down from some of my responsi-bilities at work, and delegating more from my to do list. As I sub-tract things from my life, I’d like to incorporate exercise into my routine and shift my focus to self-care, and start to see this excess weight come off my body.”

It seems I have many aches and pains, and not a lot of vitality. I hope to see a huge change in the way my body feels, how I look, and I hope to use this program as a springboard into a regular rou-tine of wellness. I also want to feel good about taking my shirt off (superficial I know, but definitely a mental trigger that would tell me I am doing it).
