MORE INFORMATION TO INCLUDE

Оглавление

Your journal is for your personal thoughts, feelings and observations. It is a record of your experiences over the next 21 days.

The next step is to take a photo of yourself and add it to your journal. This is an interesting exercise we carried out during our Reiki One Course. I have a photo of myself and my Hubby taken before our course, and we could not believe the physical changes in both of us when we compared it with the “After” photo..

A Reiki Family tree could be added here. During your Reiki training, you would have been given a copy of your Lineage. The word “lineage” in Reiki simply means who taught whom. All students and teachers of Usui Reiki can be traced back to Mikao Usui.

I have two Reiki family trees:

Mikao Usui - Hawayo Takata - Chujiro Hayashi - Rev. Beth Gray - Barbara Mc Gregor - Kevin Duff - Karen Colley (My Reiki 1 and 2 lineage)

Mikao Usui - Hawayo Takata - Chujiro Hyashi - Phyllis Furimotto - Claudia Hoffman - Mary Shaw - Christine Henderson - Bruce Way - Neal Lyster - John Piickering - Martin Lee - Sonia Kirkels - Karen Colley (My Master lineage)

On the following pages of your journal, you could write inspiring quotes or poems. As you may have noticed I love quotes, I find them very empowering and uplifting. Be sure to include plenty in your journal. You can also add a family portrait, a photo of our Reiki Masters or magazine clippings of people who you admire. Remember to have fun with your journaling.
