I. POLYVALENT MODEL & VIRTUAL ECONOMY
14. Polyvalent model as a new approach to sustainable development. Strategy, directions and stages of development of the model

Оглавление

Polyvalent models also make it possible to create a fundamentally new approach to sustainable development with a balance between the interests of the investor, partner and consumer, which, in turn, provides an opportunity for a new achievable form of corporate governance, where the values relating to society as a whole and common interests are the main ones. This is a very important point, since this new kind of polyvalent business model will not just be a legal entity that earns money from the implementation of a public interest strategy, but a unique structure equipped with a set of values and a new set of technologies that will create a fundamentally new approach to sustainable development, implement the philosophy a new type of person of late modernism to the needs of specific people who determine the paths of sustainable development in modern realities. The new green polyvalent model is the construction of a new sustainable development model based on the principles of sustainable development for modern realities. This concept of sustainable development allows, for the time being, mainly to consider the technological and economic aspects of the problem of sustainable development.

The sustainable development strategy allows the introduction of social and technological innovations, which makes it possible to create an innovative structure of a polyvalent model with distinction in the technological and economic sphere, which allows the implementation of appropriate new sustainable development strategies. It is important to note that such an innovation cannot be the result of the course of the evolutionary line of the traditional value system, but represents a completely new techno-economic value system, with an appropriate basis for the conceptualisation of sustainable development within the framework of a green polyvalent model. In this context, the sustainable development of the green polyvalent model is the result of a concept that aims to achieve a meaningful business goal. For example, with the help of a green polyvalent development model, a balanced system is being created that allows the implementation of strategic goals, the creation of technological hubs that allow for the introduction of innovations, which will create a fundamentally new strategy as a modern way of sustainable development.

In practice, a new green polyvalent development model involves the creation of a new type of ecosystem for a new world order, which is based on the use of bioecological technologies for the development of an innovative economy, which is characterised by sustainable development in modern realities, which is based on the use of natural environmental mechanisms, taking into account the need to maintain a balance between various interests.

The development of advanced technology in the 21st century will lead to the promotion of green structures in material culture, the reduction of pollution and industrial waste, and the promotion of new values in environmental protection and nature conservation through the progress of technological development. The implementation of the polyvalent model of green sustainable development is based on the principle of public-private partnership. In accordance with this concept, the maximum possible amount of resources is attracted, which varies from investment to investment. Thus, an organic public-private partnership is achieved, where part of the costs will be borne by the state, and part by private investors.

Undoubtedly, this will affect the national structures of the GDP of states in terms of the share of manufacturing and services in the material economy, will affect the state economic policy, the level of material well-being of the population, as well as the social environment of the countries.

The strategy for the development of polyvalent models will have a direct impact on the growth and integration of economies and the growth of the international division of labor within countries, the level of technological and industrial development, as well as increasing competitiveness in the global economy. The results of these processes will directly affect the level of national security and the level of security within countries as a whole.

The development and implementation of the organisational structure, the system of the program module of the general polyvalent model of green and sustainable development is determined, among other things, by non-profit, non-governmental organisations, as well as their prototypes.

It is important to emphasise that this development path is divided into several stages.

The first step in the design process will be to develop an environmental profile that will form the basis of the polyvalent model.

To form an organisational structure within a given profile, it is necessary to determine the organisational structure itself and the system of the program module of the entire model.

To complete the task as a whole, it is necessary to develop internal guidelines and procedures that take into account the structure of the organisational system of the program module of the model as a whole.

The implementation of the organisational structure of the system of the program module of the model will ensure the effective interaction of all structures of the program module.

Further, a detailed analysis of the project will be carried out in the following areas:

Identification of the main groups of participants, determination of their needs;

Identification of the main suppliers and their role in the model;
