Japeth’s Prayer

Оглавление

Following his descent from the ark, Noah made an altar and sacrificed. He must have been moved to do something in order to show appreciation for being saved. After the sacrifice, and the promise given to him through the rainbow, Noah began to till the fields. (Genesis 9:20) Included in this answer is an insight into some of the problems and conditions which faced Japeth and Noah as they left the ark. The young farmer asked:

(Q) In farming, what should my emphasis be on?

(A) Each product is to supply certain elements to the body of man; not by man’s changing same, but that purpose the Creator gave it as food, as a supply to man’s physical need in even a changing world. Thus the stress should be upon each product being given its opportunity for fulfilling its mission in relationship to man; or the study of the soil as to how better to produce grasses, vegetables, fruits, berries, or the like; or to supply the elements in the animal kingdom—as of the pig or the cow; that its flesh, its milk, may have those elements necessary for supplying to men that which has its spiritual value and not in a cantankerous or a diffusing manner. For, as man assimilates in the mind, so it assimilates in the spirit. That is why the entity in its experience with its associates when leaving the ark, found it necessary for taking these things into consideration—as to those very necessary elements.

2627-1

In closing his reading, Cayce recalled a prayer for 2627 which indicates Japeth’s realization of his relationship with God:

Let thy meditation oft be that even as ye did upon the hills in Ararat:

“Lord, Thou art Maker of heaven and earth. Thou hast preserved Thy servant for a purpose in the earth. Thou hast given me, today, opportunities. Help me, O God, to choose the right way; that I may ever be a channel of blessings to others, pointing the way ever to Thee.”

We are through for the present
