•In a sitting position, inhale and hold head down with chin on chest.

•With legs stretched out in front of body, and arms at sides, exhale as you lean back to a 45° angle while keeping chin on chest. Hold for 3-6 seconds.

•Inhale as you come back up.

This is a particularly good exercise for women to tighten the muscles of the lower abdomen. It keeps pressure off the lower pelvic girdle, increases circulation, gives movement to the organs, glands, and intestines, and pulls sagging organs up into their proper position.
