Kale Banana Smoothie
This smoothie, albeit a green one, tastes like a fruit smoothie. You will not know the difference if you didn't see the green color!
What You'll Need:
2 cups of kale (chopped)
2/3 cup of bananas (sliced)
1/4 cup of milk
1/3 cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon of flax seed meal
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
How to Make It:
Add the 2 cups of chopped kale, 2/3 cup of sliced bananas, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of flax seed meal, and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a blender or food processor and combine until all the ingredients for the smoothie. If you want it a little more frozen, add a couple of ice cubes to the blender.
