How to Make It:
Add the 1 1/2 cups of fresh spinach, 1 cup of seedless grapes, 3/4 cup of vanilla yogurt, 2/3 cup of sliced banana, and 1/3 cup of chopped apples to a blender or food processor. Combine until it is smooth.
