This is actually a healthy green smoothie that tastes like a chocolate mint candy!
What You'll Need:
5 mint leaves (fresh chopped)
1/2 cup of spinach (fresh leaves)
1/3 cup of banana (peeled, frozen, sliced)
1/4 cup of coconut milk (cold)
1/4 cup of water (cold)
1/4 cup of ice
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract
How to Make It:
Add 5 fresh chopped mint leaves 1/2 cup of spinach, 1/3 cup of peeled, frozen, sliced banana, 1/4 cup of cold coconut milk, 1/4 cup of cold water, 1/4 cup of ice, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
