An extra healthy smoothie with all the favorite fruit flavors enhanced with ginger.
What You'll Need:
1 avocado (peeled, pitted)
1 lemon (peeled)
1 kale leaf
2 cups of water (cold)
2/3 cup of apples (cored, peeled, chopped)
1/2 cup of parsley (fresh)
1/2 cup of carrots (chunked)
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1 1/4 teaspoon of ginger (ground)
2 ice cubes
How to Make It:
Add the 1 peeled and pitted avocado,1 peeled lemon, 1 kale leaf, 2 cups of cold water, 2/3 cup of cored, peeled, and chopped apples, 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, 1/2 cup of chunked carrots, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, 1 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, and the 2 ice cubes to a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
