1/2 cup of yogurt (plain)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
How to Make It:
Add 1 peeled, cored, and sliced pear, 1 cup of apple juice, 1 cup of fresh spinach, 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
