Apple Berry Green Smoothie

This drink is chocked full of fruit and two different vegetables to make it one packed with a good amount of vitamins.

What You'll Need:

2 apples (cored, peeled, chopped)

2 bananas (frozen, peeled, sliced)

2 cups of spinach (fresh baby)

1 cup of carrots (peeled, chopped)

1 cup of orange juice

1 cup of strawberries (frozen)

1 cup of ice

How to Make It:

Add 2 cored, peeled, chopped apples, 2 frozen, peeled, sliced bananas, 2 cups of fresh baby spinach, 1 cup of peeled, chopped carrots, 1 cup of orange juice, 1 cup of frozen strawberries, and 1 cup of ice into a blender or food processor and combine until smooth.
