CROCHETING A SEAM
ОглавлениеCrochet sections can be joined by working a line of double crochet to create the seam. This type of seam is very strong, very flexible and, if worked correctly, will lie virtually flat, thereby not adding any bulk inside the garment.
Holding the two pieces to be joined with their right sides together and using the same size hook as used for the main crochet sections, attach the yarn at one end of the seam. Now work a row of double crochet along the edges, inserting the hook through the edges of both sections when working each stitch.
