Anatomical Diagnosis: Generalized Arteriosclerosis; Dilatation of the Ventricles of the Heart; endocarditis with Formation of Cardiac Mural. Thrombi; Old Healed Pleurisy; Old Infarcts of the Kidney; Moderate Hypertrophy of the Prostate; Chronic Passive Congestion of the Viscera.

Clinical Diagnosis: Acute Cardiac Dilatation; Chronic Endocarditis; Arteriosclerosis.

Mary Martinean A-53-37 female.

Anatomical Diagnosis: Generalized Arteriosclerosis; Hypertrophy and Dilatation of the Ventricles of the Heart; Chronic Pericarditia Senile Arteriosclerosis Kidnet; Hyphosis; Ascites; Chronic Passive Congestion of the Viscera.

Clinical Diagnosis: Acute Cardiac Dilatation; Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease.

Anatomical Diagnosis: Generalized Arteriosclerosis (aorta, coronary and cerebral arteries); Hypertrophy of the Ventricles of the Heart; Congestion and Emphysema of the Lungs; Senile Arteriosclerotic Kidneys; chronic Passive Congestion of the Viscara.

Clinical Diagnosis: Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease; Generalized Arteriosclerosis.

Anatomical Diagnosis: Bilateral Lober Pneumonia (left lung, both lobes, right lung, lower lobe); Obliterating Pericarditis; Moderate Arteriosclerosis (aorta, coronary arteries); Hypertrophy and Dilatation of the Ventricles of the Heart; Fatty Degeneration of the Liver; Hypoplasia of the Abdominal Aorta; Chronic Passive Congestion of the Viscera.

Clinical Diagnosis: Posterior Infarot of Myocarditis; Bronchopneumonia; Myocardial Insufficiency.
