THERE ARE MANY LIKE HIM EVERYWHERE
ОглавлениеAn inmate went to an officer and said, “You didn’t hear this from me, but that officer down there by the observation cells, the one that was just at the shower, I’ve been hearing things that people are saying he’s real disrespectful to them and that they are talking about wanting to hurt him. You know if you can just put a bug in his ear or something cause I don’t want to see anyone like that get hurt.”
I knew the officer that this was about. I knew him to be very respectful to the inmates.
When he was informed of the warning, he knew what it was about. There was an inmate that he had a run in with when they were both back in segregation. It was an issue over a phone book. This inmate planned on revenge.
I had numerous run-ins with this inmate myself. He was a thief. One of those cowards that sneak around in the night and try to play big shot during the day. He had a big mouth, but didn’t have the balls to back up anything he said. My opinion on this guy was that he should be a permanent member of seg. Actually, ship him to Oak Park Heights to have him be someone else’s problem. If enough evidence could be acquired, Oak Park could wind up being his new permanent home. We could only hope to be so lucky.
While writing this book, I looked him up on the Department of Corrections web site and found out that he had been released and tossed back in prison again since I retired.
Beware; this punk will be in and out of prison for the rest of his life. When he is out, he will be sneaking around trying to steal from whoever he can. He will get caught a lot because he thinks he is so much smarter than he really is.
