An informant wrote a kite about Natives buying pills.

The kite will follow, but I will replace the names of the two Natives with X and XX.

X (native dude) cell unknown, bought all of cell 254’s pills. The man in 254 is a very short bald Mexican dude. X has the pills in his possession right now wrapped up in a toilet paper roll paper (outer). X’s cell is 700 something. He just got them after 1-13’s pill run. He also sold some to XX. Check his cell.

The kite was dated the 13^th, but action was not taken until the 20^th. I have no idea why it took a week before the cell was searched. Pills were found in X’s cell.
