4.1. LEADERSHIP COMPETENCE
ОглавлениеLeadership is the competence by which individuals promote collaborative work with the team in order to achieve a common goal all together, knowing how to organize people, distribute tasks, promote innovation and effective decision-making. This competence is also focused on promoting cooperation using individual skills and providing constructive feedback: (a) using skills of team members according to their individual strengths and (b) providing constructive feedback.
