400g chopped red cabbage
240ml water
1 orange, peeled
200g blackberries
1 banana
1 teaspoon elderberry extract
How's it done?
Mix the cabbage, water and orange until smooth. Add the blackberries, add bananas and elderberry extracts and mix again.
