“And the following exercise will be interesting, but you shouldn’t underestimate it. You will easily manage to move objects and other people, and now it is necessary to learn to move yourself”.

“I know that everything will turn out, but I never tested to move earlier,” – I have answered to grandfather.

“Now you will try it. Both with all exercises, and you will achieve excellent results with it”.

“I will try, grandfather. I will bring each exercise which you will show to perfection”.

“This time, sonny, I will show nothing, you would need to think in order to achieve success. Generally, results have to be excellent”.

Till this moment I always directed energy to others, and now I had to direct it on myself. I tried one hundred and one thousand times, but it wasn’t possible. I fought, more than ever earlier. Grandfather has told that it will be interesting and that I shouldn’t underestimate and I tried to be risen from the different parties as well I tried all possible ways, but so far I didn’t manage. He has set the task, expecting either result, or the request for the help. I won’t address him yet, grandfather won’t help. I had no exit. I have asked him, and he has explained me an essence. He has reminded me that each person consists of mind and body. The spirit is energy, and the body is matter. Having told these words everything became clear. I have understood why this exercise was after all previous. Separation of the spirit from the body. I have already achieved it without problems. I have made the same and now. I have separated a body from spirit within nine minutes I have tried to achieve the objectives. I became impatient and therefore I haven’t worked. Having calmed down, I try repeatedly again. Only for the third day it was possible. I have moved myself on ten – fifteen centimeters.

I have reported about it to grandfather, and he has answered:

“Continue to perfection”.

I have continued. It became clear that if I don’t want, then nobody will see my spirit. If I wish, then only those people, to whom I want to be seen, can watch me. It can be so many people how many I will want.

Suddenly, before my eyes an accurate vision was formed: I have seen an unknown to me fifty – year – old person sitting in the wooden house. The strangers who were on two sides of this house have seen spirit which has separated from his body. Both groups of people had a weapon with which they continuously shot in the spirit which has separated from the person sitting in the house. They didn’t manage to shoot him down, but they got each other. I didn’t know how to explain the vision which has appeared before my eyes, but my grandfather has understood everything. He has begun to rotate hands around my head and I have felt growing warmly and eventually have fallen asleep. I have woken up on the place where trained. As through fog, I felt something, but I remembered nothing. I have told about it to grandfather, he has answered that I slept and all this was probably in a dream. I remained in this belief. Many years later, this vision which I saw than, has become a severe reality.

Grandfather wanted to look at the results achieved by the done exercise. All happy, I have begun to show how I move my body on five – six meters. Here he has given hands to me and I appeared at thirty – forty meters further. I was delighted.

“Is it boring for you to walk?” – He asked me while I went to him.

I have thought, grandfather asks about those thirty – forty meters therefore I have answered that it isn’t heavy at all and not boringly. He has again given hands to me and I appeared on the neighboring hill remote from our house more than two kilometers. Pride and joy had flooded my soul because I knew, grandfather hasn’t simply made it. He wanted to show me that I will do the same, after persistent exercises. Here he came to be near me. With my grandfather, surprises never come to the end!

“Sonny, it is boring for me to go therefore I teleport home and if you can’t do it, come home on foot”.

He has disappeared, and I tried to teleport. It was possible in an extent of five or six meters which I have already learned. While walking I thought that grandfather, as always, and was right at this time too.

“You have to seize own spirit so to feel your body as a plum. Then you will be able to move instantly to several kilometers or several tens, or hundreds of kilometers from the place where you are. When you move the body, you have to be on free space or in the house in which doors or windows are open. Spirit can pass through walls and closed doors, but the body won’t turn out because it is material – grandfather has advised me. – And never forget that you have forces which anybody doesn’t have in the world, but you can use them only disinterestedly. You never dare to kill arbitrarily, only if you protect own life or life of members of your family”.

I have understood everything and continued to train even more persistently. I thought earlier that my body and spirit are of the same cost, but now I know that the spirit actually is all force, energy of my organism, and my body is simply matter. It means that I can give to body as weight and as ease. While teleporting to a certain place a body is given ease. If you stand on one place while five, six or more people pushing try to move the body, then it should give weight of the mountain and thus these people will understand that their intentions are useless. I have learned that I can move my body as matter where I want, and right after transfer my spirit will enter it, and myself I will act as though all the time I was in this place. The excellent lesson has very quickly yielded amazing results.

“Ignorance has directed nobody to the correct way” – I smiled quoting words of grandfather. Again, thanks to his help it was succeeded to achieve the next perfection.

Frequent at night when all slept, I came to our home. I looked at mother, brothers and sisters. I bypassed ours, and also the yards of all our relatives and neighbors. A lot of things have been changed. It always occurred at night, and I wanted to visit them in the afternoon. I have told it to grandfather, and he has noticed that I can make similar when I will want. At the beginning, it was easier to do it at night because in the afternoon big concentration was required for me. Then, when I’ve seized skills of the spirit I could perform during the day without problems all operations as well as at night. Nobody if I didn’t want it, could see my spirit, regardless was it in the day or at night.

“Be careful doing it in the afternoon as there is one danger of death – grandfather warned me when for the first time I have separated spirit from a body during the day. – If the spirit leaves a body, and at this time someone will begin to bother you sharply, thinking that you are sleeping, at this moment nothing will be able to save you. The spirit won’t manage to return to your body and you will die. Lock a door. No matter, if someone knocks at the door or at a window. It is important that nobody could move your body, otherwise the spirit can not learn it and respectively won’t return back. A body without spirit is a dead body”.

I have very well remembered these words. Next day my spirit for the first time has visited my family in the afternoon. Enjoying I looked at them, and they didn’t see me. Also, I visited the relatives. It was interesting and pleasant.
